About Stieger Feinwerktechnik
Stieger Feinwerktechnik GmbH is a family business founded in 1961 in Ahrensburg and, as a contract manufacturer, produces precision parts for fine mechanical engineering by CNC turning and CNC milling – from single parts to series production. Its core competence is the complete machining of demanding workpieces in one setup, supplemented by conventional machining, surface and cylindrical grinding, and surface treatments such as sandblasting, deburring and ultrasonic cleaning with deionized water. The machine park comprises six CNC lathes (Traub, Mori Seiki, Nakamura) with up to 13 axes, sub-spindles and 120 bar high-pressure cooling, as well as two CNC milling machines (Mori Seiki) with a 4th axis. Customers include the aerospace industry, medical technology and implant manufacturing, food technology, toolmaking, clip and valve technology, and motorsport. The company manufactures just-in-time according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and provides in-house training. Its site is the workshop premises at Ewige Weide 11 in the Nord industrial area of Ahrensburg (Schleswig-Holstein).

Additional services
Quality
Production-accompanying quality assurance is carried out at several measuring stations according to customers' QA and certification requirements; series production only begins after release by a QA employee. Deburring is inspected with a magnifying glass or microscope, and all workpieces are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and rinsed with deionized water before shipping.
