About Stoz
Stoz GmbH is a medium-sized, fourth-generation family business in surface technology headquartered in Rottenburg-Hailfingen. The company offers industrial painting (wet paint, water- and solvent-based) on 13 specialized painting systems, including robot-assisted through-feed systems for components up to 2,700 mm in length and 150 kg. Before coating, parts are wet-chemically pretreated (silane, titanium-zirconium, chromium-III, zinc phosphate, organic sealing) and activated by power wash, CO₂ blasting, laser cleaning, fluorination or flame treatment. The range of services is complemented by kitting, pre-, intermediate and final assembly, raw material procurement, packaging, partial paint stripping and laser marking. In-house laboratory and testing capabilities ensure quality from prototype to high-volume series. Customers come from general industry, automotive, industrial technology, aerospace and defense, the rail industry, and sanitary engineering.
