This is Strauss Verpackungsmaschinen

Strauss Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH develops, designs and manufactures machines and systems in Buxtehude for the processing of white (blanched), purple and green asparagus, apples, pears, leeks, rhubarb, zucchini as well as cucumber, celery and similar vegetables. The portfolio ranges from asparagus harvesting aids and a fully automatic green asparagus harvester to optical asparagus sorting systems of the G series and combination weighing systems with automatic transfer to downstream packaging machines such as bunching machines, tiering machines, banding machines or bag-sealing machines. Mechanics, electrics and programming are developed in-house; all machines are manufactured at the headquarters in Buxtehude, pre-configured and tested before delivery. The company sources components from German and European suppliers. Its customers include hundreds of fruit and vegetable producers worldwide, with exports to, among others, the USA, Chile, Australia and the Czech Republic, as well as sales partners in Europe and America. The service offering includes consulting, project planning, commissioning, training, maintenance and remote maintenance.
