Illuminated advertising systems with high vertical integration since 1954
Struck-Leuchten GmbH & Co. KG is a family business in its third generation of ownership since 1954, headquartered in Steinheim in East Westphalia with a branch in Herten. On over 13,000 m² of production space, more than 100 employees develop and manufacture individual illuminated advertising systems in single-unit, small and large series: light boxes, illuminated letters, profile letters, advertising pylons, flat and tensioned-fabric transparencies, solid acrylic illuminated letters, as well as display, information and menu boxes. The high level of vertical integration includes metal processing of aluminium, aluminium casting (via the 50% stake in WVG-Alu-Tec), thermal vacuum forming of plastics, screen printing, digital printing, thermal transfer printing, laser and milling technology, as well as assembly and logistics. Around 75,000 illuminated advertising products are manufactured per year, 80,000 m² of acrylic glass processed, 65,000 vacuum formings produced and 300,000 LEDs installed. Customers come primarily from the brewing and beverage industry, insurance, lotteries, furniture and toy industries, the energy and logistics sectors as well as retail – including Bitburger, Veltins, Guinness, Generali, RWE and Deutsche Telekom. Project management, delivery and nationwide installation are handled by the subsidiary ST-Service GmbH & Co. KG.
