STS Industrie SA, based in Yvonand (Switzerland), has been designing and realizing custom surface treatment systems for electroplating since 1975. The portfolio includes automatic and manual electroplating lines, the compact two-level OSCILINE® system, the VIBROBOT® and Vibarrel vibration treatment systems, reel-to-reel lines for selective coating of leadframes as well as Technic solutions for selective gold plating and micro-components. In addition to system manufacturing, STS offers engineering, project management, automation and control software (VK Vision), retrofit, turnkey complete solutions, spare parts, commissioning, training and remote support. Customer industries include medical technology, electronics, connector technology, watches and luxury goods, and—through the partnership with Technic Semiconductor—photovoltaics and the printed circuit board industry. More than 1,000 installed machines are in operation worldwide.

VIBROBOT® Vibration Treatment
Compact system with 4 or 8 bath tanks and bath transfer in a single treatment chamber for parts in vibration baskets.
Vibarrel Vibrational Coating Barrel
Vibration barrel in sizes 101, 203, 303 and 453 for series coating of mass-produced small parts.
Reel-to-Reel Selective Coating
S-MODULE, Spotter VT/HS/CS, Rainbow Cell, Combi Cell and Masking Chain for leadframes up to 160 mm width.
Selective Gold Plating (Technic)
Gold plating with depth control ±0.5 mm, 1,000–2,000 parts/h, for contacts, sockets and spring contacts.
Fluidized Bed Plating (Technic)
Fluidized bed electrode for micro-components with batch sizes of 50–500 ml, parts up to 6.35 mm.
Automatic Electroplating Lines
