STUHL Regelsysteme GmbH, based in Spalt (Middle Franconia), has been developing and manufacturing control devices for heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems for more than 50 years. The product range includes room thermostats (including the SFS 2x, SU 2x, SFD 20 and SRT-R series), ventilation controllers and climate computers for building services, industrial engineering and livestock farming – some featuring patented 2-wire technology and PWM control. In addition, the company offers its services as an EMS provider (Electronic Manufacturing Services), including SMD and THT PCB assembly including mixed assembly, electronic assembly, electronics protection through potting, lacquering, overmolding and foam encapsulation, as well as component and approval management. Manufacturing takes place in-house in Spalt, from hardware and software development through prototyping to series production of small, medium and large volumes. EMS customer industries include measurement and control technology, automation, industrial electronics, renewable energies, agricultural technology and the food industry. OEM custom solutions for partners in building services round out the offering. Production is ISO 9001 certified, takes place 100 % in Germany (Made in Germany) and is accompanied by a full quality inspection.
