About Styromat AG

Styromat AG is a Swiss electronics service provider (EMS) based in Amriswil in the canton of Thurgau. The company develops, industrializes and produces customized electronic solutions and systems – from hardware and firmware development and PCB layout through to series production. In production, SMT and THT modules are assembled and tested, electromechanical and mechatronic modules are assembled, cables are assembled and controls and switch cabinets are wired. Automated SMT lines, an ultrasonic spray-flux wave soldering system and an ERSA SMARTFLOW 2020 selective soldering system enable manufacturing in small, medium and large volumes; a cleanroom class 10,000 is available for cleaning and assembly of sensitive modules. In addition to series production, the service portfolio includes material procurement, component and obsolescence management as well as after-sales services such as testing, repairs, updates, upgrades, calibration and programming. The company supplies customers from various industries at home and abroad, especially from mechanical and plant engineering, and is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
