About Suatec Automation
SUATEC Automation GmbH, based in Kölln-Reisiek near Elmshorn, was founded in 2024 and is part of the Bodo Wascher Group. The eleven-member team has been working together for many years and offers services in the areas of consulting, engineering, project management, installation as well as maintenance and service. The service portfolio includes the design of complex switchgear systems with E-Plan P8, COMOS and Engineering Base, SPS/PLC programming in SIMATIC S7/TIA Portal including failsafe Distributed Safety solutions, control systems with PCS7 and WinCC, functional safety in accordance with IEC 61511 and ISO 13849-1, as well as ATEX-compliant explosion protection. In addition, the company coordinates control cabinet construction (together with its sister company SUATEC GmbH, approx. 2,000 m² of production space), undertakes retrofit projects from SIMATIC S5 to S7/TIA, installs switchgear and cable trays, performs DGUV V3 inspections, and provides 24/7 on-call service and remote maintenance. Customers include municipal water management and industrial automation companies; reference projects include the modernization of the Kornmasch stormwater retention basin in Bückeburg and the Energy Bunker in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.
