About Sudbrock
Sudbrock GmbH is a furniture manufacturer based in Rietberg-Bokel in East Westphalia that produces custom system furniture for living, dining, sleeping, wardrobes, home office and apartments. Every piece of furniture is produced to customer specifications in desired dimensions and colors as a one-off custom item, including special dimensions outside the grid system. The depth of manufacturing ranges from round timber purchasing – the logs are selected mostly from regional forests in the forest – through all production steps to final assembly in its own plant. Materials processed include oak, cherry, beech, maple and ash as well as E05-FPY wood-based panels, which are finished throughout with 0.5 to 0.7 mm solid wood veneer. Processes include mitred carcase manufacturing, zero-joint edge banding and coating with Hydro-UV water-based lacquer on a state-of-the-art finishing line. Hinges, fittings and metal products are sourced from selected manufacturers; most carcase furniture is delivered firmly glued and fully assembled.
