Sudholt-Wasemann GmbH, founded in 1996, is a family-run precast concrete plant in Herzebrock-Clarholz specializing in the development and manufacture of high-tech machine components and elements made of Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), a cement-bound mineral casting with high mechanical properties. The company offers a full service with high vertical integration: product development, concrete-technology mix formulation, design and FEM calculation with SOLIDWORKS, mould making in steel, plastic or wood, casting with in-house testing technology, surface finishing in its own painting center, precision machining and pre-assembly of assemblies. Core products are machine beds, machine frames and components for machine tools, production technology, test rigs and portal machining centers; also control elements for infrastructure, energy, mobility and building construction. The damping of UHPC is up to ten times better than that of grey cast iron; surface accuracies in the tenth-of-a-millimeter range are achieved directly from the mould, and flatness in the micrometer range through precision grinding and milling. Since 2009, UHPC has been developed in partnership with customers; the company manufactures more than 1300 machine beds per year and supplies five of the top 15 machine tool manufacturers.

Cement-bound mineral casting with compressive strength above 125 N/mm², E-modulus 45,000 N/mm² and high vibration damping for machine beds and frame components.
UHPC E80 (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
High-stiffness variant with compressive strength above 150 N/mm² and E-modulus 84,500 N/mm² for the highest precision requirements.

For moulds, inserts, base plates and precision strips up to grade 12.9.
