About Südguss GmbH
Südguss GmbH, based in Neu-Ulm and Ortrand, is a company of Rosai GmbH and a provider of quality castings made from various metals. The product range includes grey cast iron, cast steel, aluminium castings, malleable cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, stainless steel castings, red bronze and furnace castings. Castings are produced with unit weights of 0.1 to 15,000 kg, in small, medium and large series as well as custom-made to customer requirements. Its strength lies in holistic support: from product development and 3D-based pattern making, through pattern and tool making (patterns made of wood, metal, plastic and styrofoam), to series production of complete assemblies. In addition, the company carries out finishing processes such as priming, painting, powder coating, electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, polishing, brushing, rubber coating, anodizing, heat treatment as well as ground and top enamel coatings. A powerful 3D scanner is used for consultation and casting data comparison. Customer industries include valves and fittings, mechanical engineering, pumps, heating technology, medical technology and the construction industry.
