About SUL Portugal
SUL Portugal Import GmbH is a family business founded in 1995 by Jose Sequeira in Hamburg, specialising in the import and wholesale and retail trade of Portuguese and Spanish foods, beverages, delicacies, seafood and non-food products. The company supplies gastronomy businesses, bakeries, cafés, kiosks, supermarkets and retailers throughout northern Germany, Lower Saxony, Berlin and the Ruhr region with its own vehicle fleet and delivery at requested times. Since 2016, an in-house bakery with 400 m² of production space and a modern production line has produced Portuguese fine pastries such as Pastel de Natas as well as German baked goods 363 days a year. In addition, SUL Portugal offers purchase, leasing, financing, maintenance and repair of espresso machines and fully automatic coffee machines through its own technical service, as well as gastronomy supplies from tableware to beverage dispensing systems. The company is headquartered in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg and is run by the founder and his three sons.
