About Sunny Wash
Sunny Wash is the brand of CHE Stahlbau GmbH, which develops, produces and distributes modular truck wheel wash systems and demucking plants for construction sites, quarries, recycling, landfills, tunnel construction, power plants and transshipment yards. The systems remove mud, clay, loam and concrete residue from the tires and underbody of trucks and construction machinery before they drive on public roads. Fabrication takes place in the company's own production halls in Germany as steel construction in accordance with DIN EN 1090, including in-house control cabinet manufacturing by an electrical department. The modular systems are scalable from 2 to 12 meters of drive-through length in 2-meter increments, with a standard drive-through width of 3 meters and axle loads of 15 tons (30 tons possible); custom designs for length, width and axle load are offered. The systems are available for rent or purchase, are installed by the company's own fitters, and have been supported with maintenance and repair service since 1998. Distribution partners are GLANACO (UK, Ireland, USA), CleanStreet (DACH, Netherlands, Belgium) and Scandcon Products AB (Nordics).
