Design and decor development
SURTECO Art was founded in 1998 and is a creative design studio as well as a manufacturer of gravure printing forms and embossing cylinders. The company develops true-to-nature wood, marble, tile and fantasy decors independently and in collaboration with customers for furniture, flooring and interiors. In the in-house joinery, woods from all over the world are sanded, polished, brushed and lacquered to prepare the originals; subsequently, original materials such as woods and stones are digitized using a Cruse scanner and optimized topography scanner technology. In Ahaus, cylinder engraving is performed with the Hell Cellaxy laser engraving machine, which enables the direct laser engraving of copper surfaces with freely adjustable cell profiles. As a gravure form manufacturer with its own printing original production, SURTECO Art supplies decor and CV printers worldwide. The portfolio also includes embossing rollers with allover and synchronized structures as well as half-tone laser engravings.
