About us
SUSO GmbH, based in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, is a medium-sized special-purpose machinery manufacturer that develops and produces custom prototypes, machines and systems. The portfolio includes assembly machines and systems, production lines and rotary indexing machines, semi-automatic assembly and inspection machines as well as manual workstations and fixtures. The offering is complemented by feeding and singulation systems such as feed hoppers, vibration drives and spiral feeders, as well as ultrasonic welding equipment including sonotrodes made of titanium, aluminium or tool steel. In-house CNC manufacturing, operating in two shifts with 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers from DMG, guarantees fast, flexible parts production. From design with SolidWorks and WS-CAD, through PLC programming and control cabinet construction, to commissioning, retrofit and after-sales support, SUSO covers the entire machine life cycle. The company is active in more than 20 industries, including automotive, consumer goods, cosmetics, electrical engineering, gas and heating technology, solar technology and the packaging industry, and supplies more than 300 customers worldwide.
