Sutco RecyclingTechnik has been developing, manufacturing and installing customised sorting and processing plants for waste management and recycling since 1985. The range of services includes dry material treatment of waste paper and cardboard, packaging waste, plastics and films, slag and ashes, mixed building debris, municipal and commercial waste, as well as the production of refuse-derived fuels (RDF/SRF). In addition, there are biological treatment processes (MBT) with composting, the WENDELIN windrow turning technology and BIODEGMA technology. The plant technology comprises bag openers, trommel screens, wind sifters, ballistic separators, magnetic and eddy current separators, NIR detection systems, baling presses, conveyor technology and sorting cabins. With the digital process control platform ProDigit, sorting plants are monitored and optimised. Sutco supports customers along the entire process chain, from consulting and engineering through manufacturing and installation to commissioning, training and service. The customer base includes waste management companies such as Remondis, AVG Cologne, Lobbe, MVR Hamburg and Duales System Deutschland. In addition to its headquarters in Bergisch Gladbach, the company maintains manufacturing and installation facilities in Haren as well as sales and engineering locations in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Singapore, Sweden and Romania.
