SWEP International AB is a Swedish manufacturer of brazed plate heat exchangers (BPHE), i.e. brazed plate heat exchangers, headquartered in Landskrona, Sweden. The company is part of the US-based Dover Corporation and distributes its products through a worldwide network of sales companies and channel partners, including SWEP AG in Tentlingen, Switzerland. The channel plates of the heat exchangers are made of stainless steel; SWEP also offers variants made of CO2-reduced stainless steel, which are technically identical to the previous units and feature up to 50% lower embedded emissions. Areas of application include HVAC, refrigeration, industrial heating and cooling, marine equipment, industrial automation, and cooling solutions for data centers. Trade data shows exports by SWEP AG mainly to the USA, including to Swep North America Inc. and Singha North America.
