About Swiss Dynamics
Swiss Dynamics GmbH, based in Immensee in the canton of Schwyz, is a manufacturer of precision milling machines with more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering. The company develops, designs and manufactures its own machine series: IKON and MINI IKON as high-speed milling machines, FX as gantry milling machines and TX as 5-axis gantry milling machines. All platforms operate with a positioning accuracy of ±1 µm, spindle speeds of up to 52,000 rpm (TX up to 60,000 rpm) and come as standard with linear motors, polymer concrete base frames and liquid-cooled spindles. Control is via industrial FANUC or Siemens SINUMERIK ONE controllers including digital twin simulation. Every machine is assembled in the company's own Technology Center on a calibrated granite bed, documented with a laser interferometer measurement protocol and shipped worldwide. Customers come from aerospace, automotive, energy, electronics, medical technology, mold making, automation and heavy industry.
