Swiss Mecanyx Sàrl is a precision mechanics company founded in 2017, based in Orbe in the Jura-Nord vaudois region (CH). The company manufactures components using CNC sliding-headstock automatic lathes (Décolletage), CNC turning, CNC milling and grinding; conventional lathes and cylindrical grinding machines are available in addition. The machine park comprises sliding-headstock automatic lathes from Star and Tornos (Ø0.5–16 mm), CNC lathes from Mori Seiki and Hardinge (Ø2–250 mm), milling machines from Fadal, Almac and Haas (1500 x 500 x 400 mm) as well as cylindrical grinding machines from Studer. The parts are supplied to the automotive, medical technology, watchmaking and small appliance industries. A defined quality control system exists for every machining stage. The company presents itself as a single provider for all turning and milling orders from concept to finished part.
