Who we are
swiss-sonic Ultraschall AG develops, designs and manufactures customised ultrasonic solutions for industrial applications and mechanical engineering in Arbon. The product range includes ultrasonic generators, converters and boosters, feed units for industrial machines, ultrasonic presses, handheld devices and hand-cutting devices, as well as ultrasonic tools such as sonotrodes and holders. The solutions are created on a modular modular-system principle and are precisely matched to the customer's production process. The company supports projects from solution finding through material analysis and laboratory testing, tool development and process integration to commissioning, training and long-term service. Development, design, mechanical manufacturing, electronics and service are all under one roof, enabling high manufacturing depth, short communication paths and flexibility. Customers include mechanical and apparatus engineering, plastics processing, and the food, medical technology, pharmaceutical, textile, packaging, electronics and automotive industries.

Ultrasonic-assisted cutting of plastics, also available as the UCH 35 hand-cutting device.
Ultrasonic Tools (Sonotrodes and Holders)
Design and mechanical manufacturing of sonotrodes in round, rectangular, composite, rotor and block versions; manufacturing generally based on the original parts being available.
Material Analysis and Laboratory Testing
Testing the suitability of the materials to be processed for ultrasonic technology as the basis for further development.
