About Swiss3D
Swiss3D GmbH, based in Bellach (Canton of Solothurn), is a Swiss additive manufacturing service provider producing prototypes, visual models, functional parts and small to medium series in plastic and metal. Its portfolio includes seven printing processes: FDM, SLS, MJF, SLA, DLP, PolyJet and SLM (metal), complemented by CNC milling and turning for post-processing. Materials processed include engineering thermoplastics ranging from PLA and PETG to glass- and carbon-fiber-reinforced polyamides up to PEEK, as well as metals such as AlSi10Mg aluminum, stainless steel 316L, titanium Ti64, Inconel 718 and copper via SLM. Build volumes reach up to 1700 × 900 × 800 mm (SLA) or 800 × 800 × 800 mm (FDM). In addition, the company offers CAD design and concept design (DfAM), a 3D scanning service with measurement accuracies down to 0.01 mm, reverse engineering, and surface finishing such as Pantone-matched painting, Deep Dye, Vapor Smoothing or electroplating. Customer segments include mechanical engineering, architecture, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, dental technology, aerospace, jewelry and trade fair construction.
