About swisspor
swisspor GmbH & Co KG, headquartered in Gleiß/Sonntagberg, is an Austrian manufacturer of insulation materials and sealing systems with a Swiss corporate background. The company produces rigid foam insulation boards made of EPS and XPS, PIR insulation materials, mineral insulation as well as polymer bitumen membranes and liquid plastic systems for thermal insulation and building waterproofing. The product range includes system solutions for roofs (swissporTETTO), ventilated facades (swissporVENTO), floors, perimeter, interior finishing as well as safety technology and fastening technology. The swisspor Group was founded in 1971, is still owned by the Alpstaeg family, comprises 33 locations in 10 European countries with over 4,000 employees and more than 70 trucks in logistics. Since 2006, swisspor has been producing EPS in Austria; the roofs of the production plants are equipped with 25,000 m² of photovoltaic systems. Customers include the construction industry (building construction, new construction and renovation), the building materials trade as well as roofing and facade construction.

Materials & Processes
EPS (expanded polystyrene)
Rigid foam insulation boards and molded parts for roof, facade, floor and perimeter, easy to cut.
XPS (extruded polystyrene)
Moisture-resistant, high-compression-strength perimeter and insulation boards with thermal conductivity 0.033–0.035 W/mK.
PUR/PIR
High-performance insulation materials with thermal conductivity down to 0.020–0.022 W/mK, aluminum-faced for flat roofs and loggias.
Mineral insulation
Mineral fiber insulation materials for roof and facade systems, produced in Austria and Switzerland.
Polymer bitumen
Industrially manufactured waterproofing membranes for two-layer roof and building waterproofing.
