SYIL CNC Machine Tools is a privately held company founded in 2001 that develops, manufactures and distributes precision CNC machine tools for machining. The product portfolio includes vertical machining centers (X5, X7, X9), CNC lathes (L2, L3, L4), a Swiss-type sliding headstock lathe (G2), a cylindrical grinding machine (D6) and a robot-assisted machine tending system (R1, KUKA-powered). The machines are equipped with European and Japanese technology; Siemens SINUMERIK controls are used throughout, and for the X-series Schneeberger supplies specially developed mineral casting machine beds. Assembly takes place in own and OEM factories in the Ningbo area (China); the X-series is designed by the design team in Munich (Germany). Sales are handled through a global dealer network; the company is active in over 30 countries and serves small shops and mid-sized manufacturers of metal parts in job shop and series production.
