About symovo
symovo GmbH is a company founded in Heidelberg in 2021 that develops and manufactures mobile transport robots (Autonomous Mobile Robots, AMR) and associated software for the automation of intralogistics in the manufacturing sector. The core product is the Easy-Use AMR movo-one, which is set up without any modification of the environment and by default transports KLTs (60 x 40 cm, 30 x 40 cm), carts and cartons up to 70 kg payload. Integration into existing processes takes place without programming via IoT devices such as sensors, dashbuttons and IO modules; a decentralised fleet management system enables scaling from a single robot. The companion app Coordinator is available for Android, iOS, Web, Windows and Linux and includes a statistics module. The movo-one is VDA5050-compliant, is delivered with 4G/5G SIM cards for remote maintenance and is certified for collaborative operation with PL-d sensors. Customers and partners include, among others, Ortlieb, Netzsch, ifm, SAP, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme, KINEXON and Aimbo AG Robotics; the management consists of the founders Martin Hoppe, Tobias Fink and Dirk Braunschweiger.

Processes & System Components
Autonomous Mobile Robot (movo-one)
Mobile transport robot with 2D-SLAM/camera navigation, LiFePo4 battery (>8 h runtime, <2 h charging time) and integrated swarm fleet management.
IoT Devices
Wireless devices such as sensors, dashbuttons and IO modules monitor processes and trigger transport orders without software development.
Coordinator Software
User interface for Android, iOS, Web, Windows and Linux with real-time information and an integrated statistics module.
Mobile Network Connectivity
SIM cards from Telefónica enable remote maintenance, updates and operation in 5G campus networks, 5G slices or the public network.
