The group integrates the entire value chain from cultivation through research and development and production to distribution and trade – from field to shelf. The subsidiaries cover organic hemp cultivation (Hanf Farm GmbH, Melz), production of cannabinoid extracts and CBD isolates (Ilesol Pharmaceuticals, Varaždin, 3,400 m² of production space), microbiological decontamination of cannabis raw materials (GOC NEXUS), wholesale and distribution (SynBiotic Distribution, SynBiotic Sales, MH medical hemp) as well as hemp foods and CBD cosmetics. A BMWK-funded project at Hanf Farm for AI-supported processing of biogenic raw materials (hemp, miscanthus) was funded with €1.6 million. Customers come from the pharmaceutical/pharmacy market, food, cosmetics and agriculture; distribution and partner networks exist, among others, in the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Thailand and Canada.
