About SYNENTEC

SYNENTEC GmbH, based in Elmshorn (Schleswig-Holstein, greater Hamburg area), was founded in 2005 by two engineers and develops and manufactures automated high-throughput cell culture microscopes (cell imagers), laboratory automation solutions and related complete software solutions. All products are developed and manufactured in-house at the Elmshorn site; the interdisciplinary team consists of engineers, software developers and biologists. The product portfolio includes the high-throughput imagers CELLAVISTA 4 and NYONE, the video-optical imaging platform myrImager for contractile tissue, and the SYBOT X-1000 plate handler for laboratory automation. The YT-SOFTWARE platform comprises 65 proprietary image processing algorithms, as well as batch processing, automation, AI and GxP suites (21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11 compliant). In addition, SYNENTEC operates its own cell culture laboratory to provide biological support to customers. The systems are used, among other things, in cell line development, cancer research and drug discovery, stem cell research, immunology, vaccine research, and cell and gene therapy, and are distributed worldwide via sales partners.
