About Syntech Plastics
Syntech Plastics GmbH is an owner-managed family business based in Steinfeld (Vechta district, Lower Saxony), specialising in the processing of all technical plastics by injection moulding. In addition to the classic injection moulding process, the nearly 100 employees offer multi-component injection moulding (2K), the gas-assist injection process, overmoulding and in-mould labelling (IML); component weights range from 0.01 grams to 8 kilograms. The service portfolio includes in-house tool design, in-house toolmaking with laser welding, wire and sinker EDM as well as CNC milling, a dedicated sampling machine, assembly of ready-to-install assemblies, and finishing via long-standing partners (pad printing, screen printing, hot embossing, electroplating, painting). For applications with the highest demands on technical cleanliness, an in-house cleanroom in accordance with VDI 6022 is available. Customers come from industries such as automotive, electrical engineering, agricultural machinery, the furniture industry, medical technology and the packaging sector. Production in three halls and toolmaking run around the clock; in 2024 the injection moulding division of Franke Kunststofftechnik was acquired, and in 2026 a stake in MTPM in Mexico followed.
