About SYSTEC
SYSTEC Kunststoffproduktions GmbH is a family-owned company based in Austria that has been developing and producing custom polyurethane components since 2003. At the production site in Strass im Attergau (Upper Austria), around 20 employees manufacture components using the RIM foaming process (Reaction Injection Moulding): PUR rigid foam for cladding, covers and housings, expanded rigid foam for insulation and civil engineering applications, integral foam for durable comfort parts, and flexible foam for cushioning solutions. The service portfolio includes technical consulting, product development, design, in-house tool and mould making, 3D printing for prototypes, textured spray painting, in-mould coating, upholstery and leather laminating, as well as the assembly of complete module groups. Production ranges from individual parts and prototypes to small and medium series and ongoing series production. Customers come from mechanical engineering, vehicle and tractor manufacturing, agriculture, medical technology, signaling and warning technology, civil engineering, water sports, and event technology.

Materials and Processes
PUR rigid foam
Robust, dimensionally stable and lightweight components for cladding, housings and protection systems.
Expanded rigid foam
Lightweight molded parts with high dimensional accuracy and insulation properties for insulation and civil engineering.
PUR integral foam
Resistant outer skin with an elastic core for floor mats, handles and armrests.
PUR flexible foam
Flexible foam parts with good cushioning properties for ergonomic applications.
RIM foaming process
Reaction Injection Moulding for complex geometries and economical production of small quantities.
In-Mould-Coating
Coating of integral foam parts directly in the mold for durable surfaces.
Textured spray painting
Painting of rigid foam parts, among others in RAL 7021, RAL 7035 and RAL 9016.
Leather laminating
Laminating and upholstery of flexible foam parts with leather or other covering materials.
3D printing
Production of prototypes and smaller components for rapid functional testing.
