Tırsan Treyler is a Turkish manufacturer of trailers, semi-trailers and special vehicles founded in 1977, with a production plant in Adapazarı (Mega Campus). The company manufactures curtain-sider trailers, mega double-deck trailers, refrigerated trailers (frigo), container chassis, low-loaders with pendle suspension as well as fuel and LPG tank trailers under the Kässbohrer and Talson brands. The value chain includes engineering and development in its own R&D center (Ar-Ge Merkezi), welding of high-strength steels such as S460 MC, aluminum cladding, and corrosion protection through cataphoretic coating (KTL) using the zinc tri-electron process with a 10-year warranty against perforation rust. Customers are transport and logistics companies in Turkey and in more than 55 countries, including frigo, air-freight and dangerous-goods operators. In addition to manufacturing, Tırsan offers after-sales service, a maintenance network, and financing through its subsidiary Tırsan Finans.

Tırsan maintains an internal quality assurance unit (Kalite Güvence Birimi) and in 2020 was among the first companies to be awarded the Covid-19 Güvenli Üretim Belgesi (certificate for safe production) by the Turkish standards institute TSE. Talson trailers for pharmaceutical and high-value transport are manufactured with GDP Pharma and TAPA TSR1 certification.

1. 1977

   Foundation of the company; according to press reports, a trailer manufacturer in Turkey for over 40 years.

2. 1998

   Start of cooperation with VİP Uluslararası Taşımacılık.

3. 2013

   Start of the partnership with Mooij Forwarding & Logistics B.V. for the Kässbohrer brand.

4. 2019

   3rd place at the Trailer Innovation Awards in the Concept category (Talson Secure Box).

5. 2020

   Among the first companies to receive the TSE Covid-19 Güvenli Üretim Belgesi (16.06.2020, Adapazarı plant).

6. 2025

   Champion at the TAYSAD Patent Awards for the 6th time; 98 patents, around 2 applications per week.

7. 2026

   Expansion of the more than 30-year ZF cooperation to include UN/ECE R156 (SUMS); presentation of the pendle system K.SLL P; participation in the IAA.
