In its workshop in Munster, T&T Schaltanlagenbau GmbH manufactures low-voltage main distribution boards up to 3200 A, installation distribution boards, metering systems and transformer measurement setups, outdoor connection pillars as well as measuring, control and switching cabinets. The main brands used are HAGER (SAB partnership) and ABB for distribution boards, and RITTAL and SIEMENS for enclosure and system technology. In addition, the company carries out electrical installations for commercial and industrial customers, the construction and electrical installation of biogas plants (several 100 plants), the installation of combined heat and power plants as well as photovoltaic and battery storage systems. Another mainstay is the mobile communications and fixed-line service, covering new construction, conversion, maintenance, lightning protection, fibre-optic technology including splicing and a 24-hour emergency service, among other things for Vodafone for over 20 years. Testing services include the E-Check in accordance with VDE, thermography as well as battery and PPE inspections. Founded in 1996, the company employs 37 staff (as of 2011) on more than 1,300 m² of total floor space.
