About TadoTec
TadoTec GmbH is a family business founded in 2017, based in Hückelhoven in the district of Heinsberg, and is an authorized service partner of Alfa Laval. The company cleans, reconditions, maintains and extends gasketed plate heat exchangers from Alfa Laval, carries out gasket replacements and supplies original spare parts such as gaskets, plates and bolts. In addition, TadoTec develops and distributes its own chemicals for industrial water treatment: inhibited cleaning chemicals, corrosion protection agents, cooling tower chemicals and ion exchange resins. The services include chemical cleaning of water-cooled systems, cooling tower cleaning, foundry service for induction furnaces and converter systems, as well as diagnostics with thermal imaging cameras and the certified Alfa Laval Energy Hunter energy loss analysis. Work is carried out on-site at the customer's premises, at the company's own service base in Hückelhoven, or at the Alfa Laval Service Center in Frechen. The areas of operation are primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia and throughout Europe; a 24/7 emergency hotline supports operations during production downtime.

The service technicians work with precise measurement and control technology, inspect plate heat exchangers for cracks as part of reconditioning and document cleanings with reports. As a certified Alfa Laval partner, TadoTec works according to the manufacturer's specifications and uses the Energy Hunter for energy loss analyses.

Founder Sascha Pintado starts at WTC GmbH in Essen in industrial water treatment, initially in the technical department, later in sales.
