Tandm GmbH is a Berlin-based brand incubator for beauty and hygiene products. The company works with content creators who contribute a product vision, and provides the business platform required for it. The services include brand and product development, capital provision and financing, manufacturing and supply chain, as well as online shop and customer service. Together with the creators, exclusive sensory formulations are developed; inventory and scaling are financed without risk to the creators. Product areas include vegan make-up products, organic skincare and zero-waste cleaning tablets. The team has many years of experience building brands in beauty, fashion and tech and has worked with, among others, Heidi Klum, Cindy Crawford and Justin Bieber.
