About tbko
tbko – Thomas Bengel Konstruktion + Prototypen is a sole proprietorship founded in 2003 in Meßstetten (Baden-Württemberg), specializing in additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping and engineering. Its range of services includes design, reverse engineering, 3D printing using PolyJet (also multicolor), laser sintering (SLS) with plastics (PA) and metals, Multijet Modeling, DLP printing, FDM printing as well as vacuum casting and surface finishing. Using the Photocentric DLP systems OPUS and MAGNA, precise small components up to large-format models and small series are produced; two Bambulab X1E printers complement the FDM range. Customer industries include dentistry, jewelry manufacturing, the automotive industry as well as product development and prototyping. From the initial idea through CAD data to the finished prototype or pilot and small series, tbko accompanies projects from a single source, placing great emphasis on short implementation times and on-time delivery.
