TCS Terminal Chemicals Services GmbH & Co. KG is a service and distribution company for the chemical industry located on Wanheimer Straße in Duisburg, one of the largest trading and transport hubs on the Rhine and Ruhr. The company offers complete services ranging from raw material supply via tank and general cargo warehousing, liquid and solid handling to analytics, dispatch and distribution. On the 62,000-square-meter site there are 30 tanks made of steel and stainless steel with a total capacity of 25,000 cubic meters as well as warehouses for up to 1,450 tons of packaged goods. In contract manufacturing, chemical products are produced and packaged according to customer-specific formulations. Liquid products are filled on several filling lines at around 25 tons per hour; free-flowing bulk goods are mixed, dried, sieved and bagged in a multi-purpose system. Handling takes place by truck, TKW, isotank, box container or tanker ship.

History

At the end of the year, TCS took over the operation of the tank and general cargo warehouse on Wanheimer Straße in Duisburg from Hansa Chemie International GmbH & Co. KG / Hansa Group AG.
- 2015
Acquisition by new shareholders; purchase of the operating site, tank terminal and administration building; renaming as TCS Terminal Chemicals Services GmbH & Co. KG.
