TCS TürControlSysteme AG, headquartered in Genthin, Saxony-Anhalt, develops and manufactures systems for door and building communication, including audio and video door intercom systems, IP gateways, access control, house numbers and signage, as well as components for home automation and call and announcement management. The product range comprises more than 2000 products, from a simple door intercom to large installations for several hundred residential units. Production takes place at the main Genthin site on over 2000 m² of manufacturing space in small, medium and large series, as well as at the manufactory in Triberg in the Black Forest for customer-specific custom one-off productions. Value creation includes CNC laser processing, CNC milling and press braking of metal components, coating, automated population of electronic printed circuit boards (since 2018, ESD-protected), and final assembly; all machine components are networked via IT and ERP systems. In addition to its trade business via electrical wholesalers and its national and international project business, TCS acts as an OEM/ODM system supplier for European industrial customers such as René Koch, Niko, Scantron, Auerswald and Schüco. With more than 350 employees worldwide, TCS supplies, among others, the housing industry, building operators, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and the public sector.
