Philosophy & Manufactory

Team by Wellis is a Swiss furniture manufacturer based in Grosswangen in the canton of Lucerne. The company manufactures designer furniture from the Volare, E_Serie, Samo and Meda collections entirely in Switzerland – based on wood, glass and metal. As a manufacturer, the company does not produce off-the-shelf series, but realises each piece of furniture individually as well as custom-made pieces tailored to customers' wishes. Where required, in-house fittings, mechanisms and lighting solutions are developed; the services also include construction and design. The designs of the collection originate largely from designer Kurt Erni, who shaped the company over decades. Target sectors are residential and interior architecture as well as hotel and real estate projects in the Zurich area. The production understands itself as Swiss Made with craftsmanship, modern technology and precise attention to detail down to the finishing of every surface.
