About TECHLAY ELECTRONICS AG
TECHLAY ELECTRONICS AG, based in Burrweiler in the Palatinate, has been active in the electronics industry since 1992 and specializes in the industrial manufacturing of customized electronic products. The company produces electronic assemblies and complete devices — from SMD and wired THT assembly through to complete assembly of mechanical and electronic modules. Manufacturing includes various soldering processes such as reflow, wave and selective soldering and is carried out exclusively in accordance with ESD guidelines. In addition, TechLay offers support with layout design, construction, development, component preparation as well as material management and procurement. Every production run is inspected by automated optical inspection (AOI); X-ray inspection of individual parts is also available on request. Customers include industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical technology, metrology and mechanical engineering. On a production area of around 1500 m², the mid-sized company manufactures from small and special lots up to large series.
