Technicon - Technik mit System GmbH is a family business in its second generation, based in Schleswig-Holstein, that has been developing solutions for production and automation processes for over 25 years. The company offers special-purpose machine engineering from A to Z: from consulting and planning via CAD design with digital 3D prototypes, electrical engineering design and PLC programming through to assembly and commissioning. The portfolio includes adhesive application systems (1K and 2K PUR systems, CNC contour adhesive application), material handling solutions such as unwinding and cutting systems, transport systems and vacuum lifting and stacking systems, systems for the automated production of fireworks as well as industrial tyre washing systems. Systems are tested at the company's own plant under production-like conditions; all components are either purchased or custom-made. Customers include companies from the lightweight composite materials industry, caravan manufacturing, pyrotechnics and wheel and tyre management.
