TECHNIKHAUS Dentale Technologie GmbH is a CAD/CAM milling centre in Varel specialising in dental milling technology. Since 2006, the company has been active as a milling and design service provider for commercial dental laboratories and practice laboratories, producing restorations such as crowns, bridges, inlays, veneers, custom abutments and model casting restorations. Using modern milling systems and the design software from Exocad and 3shape, the milling centre covers a broad range of materials and indications: in addition to sintered and HIP zirconia, also glass ceramics such as e.max CAD and VITA SUPRINITY, hybrid ceramic, high-performance PMMA, PEEK, titanium and NEM alloys. In addition to its milling programme, the company offers a model service with scanning and design as well as a data service, in which customers submit their own STL design data for milling. Staff are regularly trained in techniques, materials and production processes; only CE-certified materials are processed, and the company undergoes regular audits by TÜV Hessen.
