techno-finish Industries GmbH is a provider specialized in surface technology based in Rorschach, Switzerland. For more than 20 years, the company has focused on superfinish and microfinish and emerged from customer needs. In collaboration with various research institutes, a technology center was established to solve demanding finishing and grinding tasks. The portfolio includes the manufacture of band finish machines (band finishers G2-50S, G2-50L, G2-100), stone finishers, tube finishers and complete robot and automation systems such as Ecoline and Robo-line. In addition, contract machining services are offered for perfect surface roughness, including documented measured values such as Ra, Rz, Rpk, Rvk, bearing ratio and flatness. The offering is complemented by abrasive sales through its own online shop, abrasive converting (e.g. self-adhesive PSA backings), retrofit services, rental/rent-to-own of equipment, technology consulting, PLC software based on Siemens S7 and project consulting. The machines are manufactured entirely in Switzerland.
