About us
Technomix AG is a specialized provider of industrial quality assurance with headquarters in Pommersfelden (Bavaria) and a branch in the Czech Republic. The company inspects, sorts and documents series production parts for customers from the automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical technology, and machinery and plant engineering sectors. Its service portfolio includes quality inspections and 100% checks, non-destructive testing methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, ET, RT), dimensional, hardness (Vickers), microstructure, coating thickness and pipe inspections, as well as fully automated camera inspection of rotationally symmetrical parts using optical sensors, eddy current and acoustic testing. In addition, Technomix designs custom inspection machines (special machine construction), performs rework, assembly, packaging and just-in-time logistics, and onsite inspections at the customer's plant. With around 200 employees, more than 200 million inspected parts are handled annually (about 500,000 per day); processes are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 9100.

Materials & Testing Methods
Visual inspection
Manual or camera-assisted visual inspection of surfaces and geometries on steel, stainless steel, plastic and other materials.
Dye penetrant testing
Crack testing on non-magnetic, non-porous metallic and non-metallic materials.
Magnetic particle testing
Detection of surface-open and near-surface cracks on ferromagnetic materials.
Ultrasonic testing
Volumetric testing for the detection of internal defects, bonding flaws and inhomogeneities.
Eddy current testing
Testing of electrically conductive materials for cracks, grinding burn, hardness and microstructure condition.
X-ray testing
Imaging volumetric testing of internal structures and defects, among other things for weld seams.
Vickers hardness testing
Determination of the indentation hardness of metallic materials to verify strength and heat treatment.
Shape-from-Shading
3D surface reconstruction in camera inspection for detecting minimal shape deviations.
