TECHNOPLAN ENGINEERING SA is a Swiss engineering company based in Plan-les-Ouates near Geneva, specialized since 1989 in the optimization of PET bottling lines. Starting from industrial engineering, the company evolved into a provider of energy-saving systems for PET blow-molding machines as well as a comprehensive range of OEM-compatible spare parts with over 3,000 referenced parts. The product portfolio includes the OVR10 infrared oven controller as a replacement for OLICORP controllers, the BPOL blowing block upgrade for Sidel machines, the ARS air recovery system, and TOEO for energy optimization of oven lamps with up to 30% lamp energy savings. From its Geneva headquarters, the solutions are developed, manufactured and distributed with an in-house engineering office and dedicated assembly units; on-site installation is carried out by a network of international partners. More than 2,200 blow-molding machines worldwide run on Technoplan solutions, including installations at Coca-Cola, Nestlé Water and Vikos. The company is active on all continents and was present for ten years at the Drink Japan trade fair.
