TEKAWE Tribo- und Industrietechnik GmbH, founded in 1988, is an owner-managed family business based in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company develops and manufactures components and systems for central lubrication, metering technology and spray technology – from induction systems and progressive and dual-line systems to drum lift systems, metering/spray valves, piston and gear pumps as well as control technology. The product range also includes special machinery such as greasing stations, rotary shaft seal greasing systems and wetting systems for deep-hole drilling, complemented by automation with linear systems and robotics. Processing is air-free and volume-exact; metered systems cover ranges from 0.001 to 1000 cm³ and operate at pressures up to 400 bar depending on the application. Services include bubble-free filling into cartridges and tubes, hose crimping from a quantity of 1, assembly, commissioning, maintenance and training. Industries served include automotive and suppliers, wood/paper/packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and mechanical engineering. Manufacturing takes place exclusively in Germany; sales are handled via partners in Denmark, Sweden and India.

Conveyed in induction and oil-air systems with viscosities of 10–750 mm²/s.
Soft greases (e.g. multi-purpose grease 3031, Avialith 000 EP)
For central lubrication systems; TEKAWE fills soft greases bubble-free into cartridges and lines.
Consistency lubricating greases NLGI class 000 to 3
Processed in progressive, dual-line and drum lift systems, also as silicone greases.
Silicone greases and silicone oils
Conveyed from cartridges and small containers up to 5 kg, e.g. with pneumatic grease presses 10:1.
Adhesives
Metered via volumetric metering valves and spray technology.
Release agents
Applied via spray valves and spray distributors, e.g. in mould and tool lubrication.
High-viscosity gear lubricants
Used in dual-line central lubrication systems at 50–220 bar.
