About TEKOL
TEKOL GmbH Technische Komplettlösungen was active in Villingen-Schwenningen (Pfaffenweiler district) in the development, design and manufacture of laser welding and laser cutting systems. The company also built special machinery for special machine engineering and offered contract manufacturing based on laser technology. According to its registered corporate purpose, TEKOL developed and sold technical complete solutions for implementing rationalization and automation measures. In conjunction with the Weisser Group, precision parts could first be turned, drilled or milled and then joined to another part by laser. Customers included companies from the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. On 30.05.2023 the company was deleted from the commercial register; its principal assets were acquired in 2019 by Weisser Präzisionstechnik (Weisser Group, St. Georgen), which continued operations at the Pfaffenweiler site.
