The Company
Telecomputer GmbH develops specialist software applications and online services for vehicle registration and driving licence affairs at road traffic authorities, as well as complementary eGovernment solutions such as electronic file management. The multi-client-capable software solutions (including OK.VERKEHR, IKOL-KFZ, IKOL-FS, i-Kfz) are browser-based, operated in data centres and can be flexibly adapted to the authorities' work organisation. The service portfolio covers development, consulting, application operation, training, support and IT security/data protection. Around 90 employees work at the Berlin, Chemnitz, Dresden, Munich and Regensburg sites. Since 2021, the company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of AKDB and belongs to the AKDB corporate group; customers include rural districts, independent cities, federal and state authorities and municipal IT service providers.
