About Teleplast

Teleplast GmbH & Co. KG emerged in 1969 from the Special Paints department of Fahlberg-List, chemische Werke GmbH in Wolfenbüttel and was founded as an independent company in the course of a management buy-out. For decades, the company developed and produced industrial paints for the milling industry, silo and container construction, the series coating of fibre cement building materials, wood and furniture paints as well as special paints for plastic substrates. In the early 1970s, the Teleplan panel was also developed, a large-format insulation panel for the prefabricated house industry, for whose production the plant in Braunschweig-Gliesmarode was set up in 1975. As of 01.01.2022, Teleplast sold the paint business in an asset deal to Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH from Berlin; production was relocated to Berlin and Osterwieck by 2023. The property at Petzvalstraße 37 remained in the ownership of Teleplast and, after renovation of the buildings, is leased and rented out as a commercial park with approx. 18,000 m² of total space to tenants from various industries.
