About Temel Maschinenbau

Temel Maschinenbau und Dreherei GmbH manufactures and repairs components and assemblies for machine engineering – from individual parts and small batches to smaller assemblies according to drawing, sample or on-site measurement. The service portfolio includes conventional turning and milling as well as highly automated drilling and milling operations on multi-axis CNC machining centres with a software interface. On the vertical turret lathe and horizontal boring machine, workpieces up to 600 kg are machined; in the metalworking shop, welded constructions up to 4,000 kg are produced from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, complemented by sheet metal working up to 6 mm as well as the special processes of build-up welding and flame spraying. In addition, the company offers metal powder coating, assembly, restoration of complete components, maintenance and servicing plans, and engineering with CAD design and simulation. Production is carried out according to customer-supplied designs or as the company's own new designs and modification designs to optimise existing machines. The family-run company, founded in 1972 with more than 25 employees, is based in Uetersen in the Hamburg metropolitan region.
