tempries GmbH is a building services company from Genthin in Saxony-Anhalt, specialising in heat pump and ventilation systems since 1999. Its range of services covers consulting, design and installation of complete building services concepts: air-to-air, air-to-water and brine-to-water heat pumps, controlled residential ventilation and heating replacement projects in existing buildings. At the core of the self-developed tempries system is controlled residential ventilation with an integrated air-to-air heat pump, complemented by floor, ceiling or infrared heating and domestic hot water generation. In addition, the company plans and installs photovoltaic systems with battery storage systems and covers electromobility. Its own service department provides maintenance, repair and refrigeration inspection as well as overhaul of heat pumps from the manufacturers Nilan, Ovum and Viessmann – the overhaul of Nilan outdoor units takes place in the company's own workshop using original parts from Denmark. Customers are private builders and commercial clients in residential construction; the company operates mainly in Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt.

Maintenance and repairs are carried out according to manufacturer specifications by trained personnel; maintenance records secure the warranty coverage by manufacturers such as Viessmann, Ovum and Nilan. Monitoring and optimisation is carried out, among other things, via the Ovum Cloud.
