How we work
ten Brink Anlagenbau is an owner-managed family business founded in 1947 in Nuremberg that has been building plants for the food industry for three generations. Originally grown large with canning and copper, the company today specializes in individual solutions for production plants and the processing of stainless steel. Its range of services covers design, construction and assembly of individual plants up to complete production lines, including commissioning and maintenance. The product portfolio includes, among other things, pasteurizers in more than 20 variants as well as the universal blancher for fruit and vegetable processing. The often 20-strong team of skilled workers, certified female and male welders, engineers and assembly specialists primarily serves the fruit and vegetable processing, confectionery manufacturing, and meat and sausage processing sectors. All plants are designed to the applicable hygiene standards and optimized for energy efficiency and low-maintenance processes.
