Tennie Elektromaschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG is a third-generation family business based in Papenburg that has been active in the field of electrical machines since 1933. Its range of services includes the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of electric motors up to 10 t unit weight as well as gearboxes, generators, pumps, transformers and magnets. Armature windings and windings of all kinds are manufactured in the company's own workshop; a pyrolysis oven is used to remove winding varnish and insulation materials. Further services include balancing to DIN 1940 up to 3.5 t at 6 m length including mobile in-situ balancing, laser-based alignment, machine condition analyses with vibration and bearing measurements as well as BGV tests and overhauls. The Papenburg site offers 1000 m² of hall space with a modern workshop, its own stock programme of motors from renowned manufacturers and a 24h support service with service vehicles. As an official ABB sales partner, the company supplies industry and commerce in north-west Germany.
